Analysis of the Spatial Differentiation and Development Optimization of Towns’ Livable Quality in Aksu, China

With the proposal of United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), how to effectively improve quality human settlements has become a hot spot. Governments and scholars around world pay attention reasonable improvement livability, which is conducive improving happiness level residents closely related well-being. Due lack rural statistical data in Xinjiang, this study established new comprehensive evaluation system, selected 21 indicators from natural humanistic aspects. The results show that overall ecological security Aksu prefecture good, Kuche city best livability performance. In terms livable towns, Urban Area performs best. towns with excellent good are concentrated, but their spatial connections weak.
